In accordance with Section 36 of the Fair Trading Commission Act, Cap.326B and Section 16 of the Utilities Regulation Act, Cap.282 the Fair Trading Commission issued a Motion for Review of the Fuel Clause Adjustment. This Motion will, among other things, propose the use of historic fuel cost instead of projected fuel cost which is currently applied.
