Review of Price Cap Plan 2008 ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANTS

 

The Fair Trading Commission is seeking to engage the services of consultants to assist in the Review of the Price Cap Plan 2008, which governs the pricing of the regulated services of Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited (C&W).

The review will involve an assessment of the performance of C&W, an examination of the principles and assumptions of the Price Cap Plan 2008 and a determination of whether there needs to be any revision of the Price Cap Plan 2008. There will also be public consultation on this matter.
