APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE(S) MERGER BETWEEN CABLE & WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS PLC AND COLUMBUS INTERNATIONAL INC.  

The Fair Trading Commission is seeking to receive expressions of interest for the position of Trustee(s).   The Trustee(s) will be responsible for monitoring the ongoing management of the divested assets as identified in the Commission’s Findings Report.  

Expressions of interest should be accompanied by a Curriculum Vitae; a detailed proposal; and a statement indicating any affiliations to the merging parties.
