Commission Appoints Trustee in Merger between Cables & Wireless Communications & Columbus Int. Inc 
 
The Fair Trading Commission has appointed Mr. Michael Forde of MPC Group Inc. as Trustee, in accordance with the Commission’s Decision on the merger application between Cable and Wireless Communications Plc and Columbus International Inc., in which assets as identified in the Commission’s Findings Report were to be divested. The divested assets are being held in CWC-Columbus Assets Holdings Inc., a holding company, which the merged entity was also directed to incorporate in the Decision of 26 March, 2015. The Trustee will be responsible for monitoring the ongoing management of the divested assets in order to ensure that they remain intact and made available for sale.
