Review of the Price Cap Plan 2012
 
The Fair Trading Commission is seeking public input into the review of the current Price Cap Plan 2012. The Price Cap Plan governs the adjustment of rates for the regulated domestic and international telecommunications services.
 
The current price cap plan was implemented on April 1, 2012 and will conclude on March 31, 2016. The consultation paper is available at the Commission’s office and here [pdf] . This document provides information on the company’s performance and discusses the suitability of the price cap model. The consultation period is from Monday, February 8 to Monday, February 29, 2016. Comments should be submitted in writing to:
