ANALYSIS OF ANNUAL BWA STANDARDS OF SERVICE REPORT JANUARY 2018 TO DECEMBER 2018
 
The Fair Trading Commission has issued its Analysis of the Barbados Water Authority’s (BWA) Annual Standards of Service Report for the period January 1 to December 31, 2018.
 
This is the first report for the BWA Standards of Service, which took effect from January 1, 2018. The report provides an assessment of BWA’s compliance with the Guaranteed and Overall Standards of Service.
