PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON FEED-IN-TARIFF POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT  
 
The Fair Trading Commission wishes to advise that comments on the proposed template Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to be used by independent power producers (“IPPs”) who participate in the Commission’s Feed-in-Tariff (“FIT”) programme for projects sized above 1 MW up to 10 MW should now be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on:-
 
Friday, January 14th, 2022
 
and not Friday, December 31st, 2021 as previously advertised in its Notice published in the press on Sunday, December 12th and Monday, December 13th, 2021.
 
The Fair Trading Commission apologises for any inconvenience caused.
