The Commission is responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of the Utilities Regulation Act, CAP. 282, the Telecommunications Act, CAP. 282B, the Fair Competition Act CAP. 326C and the Consumer Protection Act, CAP. 326D

Former Commissioner, Prof. Andrew Downes, receives a gift of appreciation from Commissioner Monique Taitt.
