 FAIR TRADING COMMISSION COMPETITION WORKSHOP IN MARCH
 
The Fair Trading Commission will host its Annual Training Programme in Competition Law and Policy on Monday, March 11 and Tuesday, March 12, at the Accra Beach Hotel & Spa, Rockley, Christ Church.
 
Presentations will be made by Mr. Daniel Zach, Deputy Assistant Director, Bureau of Competition, U.S. Federal Trade Commission and representatives from the Fair Trading Commission. Themes to be addressed include abuse of dominance, mergers and agreements and case analysis.
