How can the Consumer Protection division help me? PDF Print
The Consumer Protection division helps consumers in several ways. We examine advertising and information put out by companies to ensure that it is not misleading and that it can be easily understood by the consumer. For more direct assistance, consumers can call in or walk in to our Help Bureau to discuss any queries or complaints they may have about goods or services and get advice. Our officers will work with the consumer and the business to resolve the problem.
