PROPOSED TEMPLATE FEED-IN-TARIFF POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

 

EXTENSION FOR SUBMISSION OF COMMENTS 

 

The Fair Trading Commission wishes to advise that the date for submission of comments on the proposed template Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to be used by independent power producers (“IPPs”) who participate in the Commission’s Feed-in-Tariff (“FIT”) programme for projects sized above 1 MW up to 10 MW has been extended to:
