BARBADOS LIGHT & POWER COMPANY LIMITED RATE REVIEW APPLICATION - DECISION AND ORDER
 
The Fair Trading Commission (the "Commission") has issued its Decision and Order on the Barbados Light & Power Company Limited’s (BLPC) Rate Review Application, pursuant to Section 16 of the Utilities Regulation Act, CAP. 282 of the Laws of Barbados (as amended) and Rule 60 of the Utilities Regulation (Procedural) Rules, 2003 (as amended).
 
The Commission has determined that the BLPC must submit a Compliance Filing, incorporating the Commission’s findings and orders. This filing shall be made within three (3) weeks of this Decision and shall include various modifications to submitted figures and calculations.
 
After the BLPC submits its compliance filing, the Commission will consider the submissions and issue its Final Order, which shall include the Rate Schedule.
