What procedure should I follow when complaining to the FTC? PDF Print
We request that you give the business an opportunity to resolve any problems first, before contacting the Fair Trading Commission. We recommend that you submit a complaint letter and give the business 14 days to respond. If after that, you are not satisfied, you can contact the Fair Trading Commission.
