The objectives of the Fair Competition Act are to:

  • promote and maintain and encourage competition in Barbados.
  • prevent anti-competitive conduct in Barbados; and
  • ensure that all businesses; irrespective of size; have the opportunity to compete equitably in the Barbados market.
