How do I satisfy the requirements for an authorisation? PDF Print
To qualify for an authorisation the Commission must be satisfied that the business practice or agreement, though anti-competitive, is likely to promote a public benefit. Public benefit is anything of value to the community generally, and usually refers to factors that improve consumer welfare and general economic progress.
