Commission Launches Consumer Charter PDF Print

The Fair Trading Commission is delighted to announce the launch of a Consumer Charter which seeks to inform the public of their rights and responsibilities as consumers. The Charter was prepared in collaboration with the Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs, the National Initiative for Service Excellence, the Office of Public Counsel and the Barbados National Standards Institute.
