Compliance Rules and Procedures

The Fair Trading Commission (Commission) has issued Compliance Rules and Procedures for the Price Cap Plan 2012 (PCP2012). The Compliance Rules provide details of the administration of the PCP2012, which governs the adjustment of rates of the regulated telecommunications services of Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited.
