STANDARDS OF SERVICE 2016
 
The Fair Trading Commission would like to receive your written comments on its Barbados Water Authority (BWA) Standards of Service consultation paper. This document outlines recommendations for the development, monitoring and enforcement of benchmarks, which will be used to create mandatory minimum Standards of Service for the BWA.
