The Fair Trading Commission has issued a Statement on force majeure exemptions from the Standards of Service for regulated utilities - the Barbados Light & Power Company Limited (BL&P), the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) and Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited (C&W).
