BARBADOS LIGHT & POWER COMPANY LIMITED RATE REVIEW APPLICATION - DECISION AND ORDER ON REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIALITY
 
The Fair Trading Commission has issued its Decision and Order on the Barbados Light and Power Company Limited’s request for confidentiality, pursuant to Rule 13(1) of the Utilities Regulation Procedural Rules, as amended (URPR) in respect of its proposed new Operational Licences, System Expansion Plan and Five Year Investment Plan.
