PUBLIC NOTICE
 
BARBADOS LIGHT & POWER COMPANY LIMITED RATE REVIEW APPLICATION DECISION AND ORDER ON REQUEST FOR INTERIM RATE RELIEF
 
The Fair Trading Commission has issued its Decision and Order on the Barbados Light and Power Company Limited’s request for interim rate relief, pursuant to Section 16 of the Utilities Regulation Act, CAP. 282.
 
The level of interim rate relief approved shall be capped at 50% of the Applicant’s requested rates for all customer classes, with the exception, of the rates to be charged to the employees of the Applicant for whom 100% of the rate requested is approved.
