FTC SERVICE CHARTER
The Fair Trading Commission’s Service Charter outlines its mission, vision and core values. It sets out the standards of service that Barbadians can expect from the Commission as well as ways they can make complaints and make contact when necessary.
The Service Charter’s also serves as a way to measure and assess the Commission’s overall performance.
