PUBLIC CONSULTATION
IMPLEMENTATION OF A RETROACTIVE BILLING
POLICY FOR REGULATED SERVICE PROVIDERS

under which the policy will be applicable, the period of time the utility will be allowed to
retroactively bill and the types of redress available. As part of the evaluation process and
pursuant to section 4(4) of the Fair Trading Commission Act, CAP. 326B of the Laws of Barbados
the Commission will consider written comments from interested parties on the matters outlined
in the consultation document. Responses should be submitted via mail or by email no later
