NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fair Trading Commission (“the Commission”) has commenced its review and evaluation of the Price Cap Plan (“PCP”) 2021, which currently governs the regulated telecommunications services offered by Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited (C&W).
 
As part of this evaluation process, and pursuant to section 4(4) of the Fair Trading Commission Act, CAP. 326B of the Laws of Barbados the Commission will consider written comments from interested parties on the matters outlined in the consultation document. This assists the Commission in determining the appropriate regulatory structure going forward for the oversight of C&W’s regulated services, as it seeks to ensure fair and reasonable prices, effective competition and adequate service for consumers.
