The Documentation Centre is a great source of information on areas relating to utility regulation, fair competition, consumer protection and other business and economic matters. There are more than 500 publications in the collection which include:

1. Journals on regulation, consumer law, fair competition and general topics.
2. Textbooks, manuals and handbooks on utility regulation, telecommunications, competition, trading and consumer law and consumer protection.
3. Annual reports and individual documents published by a wide cross-section of local, regional and international organizations.
4. Decisions, Determinations and Orders of the Commission as well as documents and studies prepared by staff.
